Pasta, Beans, Tomatoes, Veggies, and Italian Herbs.
This is the simple recipe for Minestrone Soup, an Italian delight. Did you know that the word “Minestrone” derives from the Latin word “ministrare”, which means “To Serve”?
This Sunday, September 28, our Social Ministry Team is asking you to serve for God’s Work Our Hands, as we make 10,000 packages of Minestrone Soup for the Outreach Program. The more hands we have helping this process, the faster we can complete it. At least 20 people are needed to complete this service project.
When we work together for God’s Work Our Hands, we are like a bowl of soup: every individual is a different flavor, but when working together, we can create something magnificent!
Be like a “ministrare” and please consider serving on God’s Work Our Hands this Sunday!
