Nomination Committee Update: • Tom Bernth and Jonathan Boch will be on the Nomination committee, along with Linda Edwards and Julie Moore.
Discuss Pastoral Leadership • After reading Steve Wilco’s email regarding the high rate of vacancies open in churches as well as the limited number of candidates, it was decided to begin the Transition Committee process as soon as possible. • When Steve is with us on December 19th, a “Questions and Answer” session will be held during the Adult forum.
Update on filling Transition Team, MSP Team, Call Committees • A list of members to call for the Transition team was developed and these people will be called. • Other teams and committees were discussed.
Discuss any timeline changes • Plan that Transitions Committee meet ASAP with the goal of completing the CAT by January 9, 2022.
Godspeed celebrations solidified.
