Zoom meeting held with Pastor Elizabeth.
Introductions completed. Pastor provided an overview of what we can expect. This Transition process can be a time of opportunity to become clearer as to who we are as a congregation. She will work together closely with the Transition Team. Her contract was reviewed. Pastor Nees left the meeting and the council continued to meet.
8:45 Decisions made
- Accepted Pastor Elizabeth’s contract – to coach and provide support to the Transition Team
- Accepted Pastor Luther’s contract to work one third of the week – Will be at Holy Trinity in person on Sundays and Wednesdays, with a mutually agreed upon time for confirmation to be held.
- Will continue to employ Pastor Dave Dalzell to handle any emergency needs of the congregation through February. Will re-evaluate at that time.
