FAQs about the New Tidings

There have been a few questions I’ve received about the new weekly format of The Tidings.  In order to clear things up, here are a few specifics:

Q: I don’t have access to the internet.  I prefer this in paper form.  How will that work?

A: If you have a church mailbox and visit on a regular basis, all articles will be printed out for you on a weekly basis.  Be sure to check your mailbox when you’re here.  If you are homebound, or cannot go to worship on a regular basis, I will mail you the Tidings twice-a-month.  Paper copies will not have color or clip-art, but you will be able to receive all information from The Tidings in a timelier manner.

Q: What is the deadline to submit articles?

A: There is no specific deadline.  If you have an article to send me, send it when you can, and it will be included in the next weekly email. Team Leaders, the Council President, and Pastors will each have a set week where articles are due.  An email has already been sent out to all current team leaders about their specific due date.

Q: Will there be pictures?

A: Clip art for all articles has been eliminated.  However, if you have a photo of a Holy Trinity event, I will be able to include it.

Q: If I miss a week, can I read previous articles?

A: Of Course!  If you go to the blogs section of the website, you can read all of the past articles from any team.
